This is a really interesting question re: the participants in the free classes – we often have the same ones coming back again and again for different courses – we call them ‘the regulars’. I often wonder if they don’t get bored or frustrated with the classes they’re getting.. A lot of the time I’m so worried about the trainees and if they’re ok that I kind of forget about the students in the class. I do always make sure to thank them for coming and ask if they’re coming back. I’d be interested to hear what more you do/are thinking of doing re: acknowledging their role..

Just something I think/worry about alone. After the course I’ll be sure to share more about things I’ve done/seen in the past and ideas for the future.
